Shipping policy

We take great pride in the work that we do here, and believe in delivering our products in a timely fashion without cutting corners.

Processing

Due to the vast scope of possible projects processing times will vary based on the size and complexity of the piece.

Smaller pieces, such as tablewares or other objects that one could reasonably hold in their hands have a processing time of 2-3 business days. Items of this nature will be shipped using the Parcel Delivery option. (View Shipping and Delivery for details)

Orders will not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will be notified once your package is on its way. 

Custom Orders 

Custom and Made To Order products take additional processing time, which again, varies based on the size, weight and complexity of the order. Upon contacting us and finalizing your design, you will be given a timeline and an expected delivery date. We will contact you to discuss delivery options. (View Shipping and Delivery for details)

Delays

In the event we are experiencing high order volumes, there may be a delay in the processing and shipping. Please remain patient, we will notify you directly of any extended delays in your order.

Curb-Side Delivery

Unlimited Items

Delivery To: Greater Toronto Area

Flat Rate: $150

Delivery of unlimited items by truck to your home address. Item(s) will be packaged to protect them from damage during handling. We will delivery them to the entrance to your home or multi-unit building. You will be required take the item(s) inside and provide a signature to affirm you have received the item(s) and they are free of damage or defects. Assembly is not included. 

Parcel Delivery 

Small Pieces: Unlimited Items

Flat Rate: Free

 We offer free shipping on all small item orders to Canada. Order as many as you want and we will package in the appropriate boxes and ship to your address. A tracking number will be provided after your item(s) ship. Fees apply for International Shipping. 

For custom and Made To Order products we will contact you to discuss delivery options separately. We do offer parcel delivery on some pieces but larger items will need to be shipped by freight or choose a different delivery option.
